Sign up online to reserve your spot for classes.

A $10 fee will be charged for each no-show.

Mats and any other items needed for each class are provided for your use by the studio. Wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement. Feel free to bring water or a towel.

We do not allow phones in the studio during class, in order to support a distraction-free sanctuary for you.

No shoes in the studio please.
Bare feet or "grippy socks" are great.
